Setting the Time Zone

If you do not set your time zone, Webmail will display messages with times that do not appear to correspond with the actual times that messages were sent. To set your time zone:

1. Click "Options" at the top of the Webmail screen.
2. Click "Personal Preferences".
3. Scroll down to the section titled "Timezone" and set your time zone.

Changing the Font

You can set the font by doing the following:

1. Click "Options" at the top of the Webmail screen.
2. Click "Display Preferences".
3. One of the first options on the page is "Custom Stylesheet". Changing this will cause Webmail to use a different font.
4. Refresh webmail to pick up the changes.

Viewing HTML Emails

If you need to be able to view HTML-formatted emails — i.e. emails with images, fonts, and special formatting — here are the steps to take:

1. Click "Options" at the top of the Webmail screen.
2. Click "Display Preferences".
3. Scroll down and select the option to "Show HTML Version by Default".

Showing Unsafe Images

By default, Webmail tries to protect you against certain kinds of scams and other malicious emails by hiding embedded images. If you are seeing notices about images being removed for security reasons, but you want to see these images anyway, here are the steps to disable the unsafe image filters:

1. Click "Options" at the top of the Webmail screen.
2. Click "Unsafe Image Rules".
3. Select one or more of the options for displaying unsafe images.
